To request the use of space on the CVVC Campus, complete the attached form and either print it and deliver it to the church or click the email button on the form.
Event Guidelines
1. Space availability is on a “first come, first serve” basis.
2. All events, classes, meetings, etc., must be sponsored by a CVVC Ministry.
3. A Pastor/Director must sign this form confirming their knowledge and understanding of the event before the reservation is confirmed.
4. Some events (training classes, Wednesday night classes, larger events) require an alternate leader (listed in the “Alternate Contact” section) to be assigned so that the class can continue, should the primary leader not be able to conduct the class/event.
5. Persons preparing and/or serving food must abide by the Commercial Kitchen guidelines of CVVC.
6. The group leader has the ultimate responsibility for clean up after the event.
7. Please return chairs, podium, sound equipment and other furniture to it’s original configuration after the event is complete.
