Funerals

The Funeral Ministry provides comfort to family and friends upon the loss of a loved one. We assist families in funeral/memorial service planning, provide the facility and pastor for the service as needed, and offer a meal. We offer these services to the entire community, as well as to church members. Join us in comforting those who have lost a loved one.

Current Opportunities:

    • A Meal for the Moment Cooks – be part of the group
contributing to a meal for up to 50 immediate and extended
family members during their time of need. Contributions to
the meal may be home-cooked or store-bought.

    • A Meal for the Moment Set-up/Clean-up – help set up and
clean up for the family meal.

    • A Meal for the Moment Volunteer Coordinator – make phone
calls to help coordinate and organize the family meal.
