This form is for requests of the Communications Department. All requests are subject to an approval process and must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the date of completion or review. Video requests must be submitted 4-6 weeks in advance of the review/completion date.

In making your request please keep in mind the following:

Tier 1 events are large-scale internal events that affect the church as a whole. These events may get advertising on the Website and/or Social Media.

Tier 2 events are large-scale internal events that affect the church's separate populations (ie: gatherings, Sharefest, Cell Group Celebrations, etc). These events may be advertised on social media or the website but not the front page.

Tier 3 events are internal or external events that vary in size. These events may only be advertised on the events page.
